The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) administers the centralized Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT) to recruit Probationary Officers and Management Trainees across participating public sector banks in India. • Tier 2 — Main Examination (225 Marks): Objective paper (200 marks) encompassing Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, and Data Analysis & Interpretation, followed by a Descriptive English test (25 marks).
• Tier 3 — Common Interview (100 Marks): Face-to-face panel interview conducted by participating banks. Final merit list is formulated using an 80:20 ratio of Mains to Interview scores.
